2) The core business is "lifetime holistic personal financial planning" [click for description], involving:

i) Obtaining a Statement of Present Financial Position
   (Full and open disclosure of relevant facts is expected, in confidence)

ii) Identifying Attitudes, Emotions in financial planning

iii) Formulating Statement of Objectives and Priorities

iv) Projecting Current Planning Arrangements
     (to identify and quantify shortfalls or excess provision)

v) Identifying Mismatches (between current arrangements/plans and objectives)

vi) Formulating a Strategic Solution with Specific Recommendations

vii) Setting a Regular Review Timetable and Sticking to It
      The relationship is to be a long term partnership, with reviews at least annually,  and full open and honest disclosure of circumstances and objectives expected. Planning meetingsneed sufficient time, perhaps a half-day, weekdays only.

3) A “Letter of Engagement”, which is a binding fee-agreement, is signed before any advice is given or recommendations are made.
